Why is RE:TRAIN Membership-Based?

RE:TRAIN is structured differently by design. Our membership model ensures ongoing support and consistent progress that leads to lasting results.

  • We don’t sell sessions.

  • We don’t offer quick-fix packages.

  • We don’t chase temporary relief.

By focusing on long-term growth rather than short-term fixes, we help you achieve sustainable well-being and fitness performance. This approach means every aspect of our service is designed to benefit you for the long run, so you build habits and resilience that last.

RE:TRAIN works through structured coaching commitments because:

• Movement patterns don’t change instantly

• Tissue capacity builds progressively

• Injury prevention requires continuity

• Intelligent training evolves session to session

RE:TRAIN is priced for outcomes, continuity, expertise, and long-term physical intelligence.

Who is it for?

  • Busy clients dealing with plateaus, injury or pain.

  • Senior adults seeking to maintain, reclaim, or improve their movement and strength.

  • People with chronic conditions need personalized fitness solutions.

  • Athletes of all ages that seek movement training to aid in recovery from the physical demands of their sport, or those pursuing performance enhancements to gain a competitive edge.

  • We have collaborated with professional golfers, equestrians, and basketball players, all of whom have experienced the benefits of RE:TRAIN.

It's an Investment in You!

When you work with RE:TRAIN, you’re investing in:

  • A system that does not put you through random preset programs. Each session is unique and focused on what your body needs that day. Our needs change day-to-day based on stress levels, fatigue, poor sleep, emotional strain, and environmental stressors. Your training session should adapt to those needs to prevent injury.

  • A system that focuses on addressing root-causes, not just symptom management

  • Intelligently retraining how your body moves

  • Strength that protects your joints and tissue

  • Long-term resilience and confidence

This work requires:

  • Time

  • Attention

  • Expertise

  • Consistency

Membership-Based Pricing FAQ

Why is RE:TRAIN more expensive than traditional personal training?

Traditional training sells time, RE:TRAIN sells intelligent decision-making training. You are paying for:

• Assessment expertise

• Ongoing interpretation

• Injury risk reduction

• Intelligent progression over time

Can I just do this on my own or follow a program?

No, programs don’t adjust when your body does. This work is about knowing when and how to progress, not just about what to do.

RE:TRAIN exists because:

• Bodies change daily

• Pain often shows up after warning signs are missed

Why can’t I book single sessions?

Because single sessions don’t create adaptation. We don’t offer one-off solutions to long-term problems.

Consistency is what:

• Rewrites movement patterns

• Builds tissue tolerance

• Prevents relapse into pain

Single session check-ins are only available to clients who have been a member for at least 3 months in the past.

What if I’ve already done physical therapy?

Many clients come to RE:TRAIN after rehab. There are many forms of therapy that deliver wonderful results; RE:TRAIN picks up where they leave off and also complements them very well.

The difference:

• Rehab restores baseline function

• RE:TRAIN builds capacity beyond it

We bridge the gap between “cleared to train” and “trained to last”.

What if I’m not injured right now?

That’s exactly when this work is most powerful. Prevention doesn’t feel urgent, but it’s where the greatest return lives. Most injuries aren’t sudden, they’re accumulated.

How long do clients typically stay?

This is a difficult question to answer as each client is unique. We’ve had clients who required only three to six months of training then feel they are ready to train on their own using our methods. They often return for a yearly refresher on the basics, or if they run up against a challenge they require assistance with. Most of our clients are longterm clients who have trained with us for over three years on a weekly basis because:

• Their bodies feel different and the best it ever has

• Our methods have made training sustainable for them

• Pain has stopped dictating their decisions

• Progress feels safe for them again

• And a common reason expressed by our clients is, they just can’t imagine going back to traditional training after experiencing the difference they feel being RE:TRAINed.

This work compounds. The longer our clients train intelligently, the more it pays off.

Is RE:TRAIN for beginners?

Yes, it is for beginners who:

• Want to learn about their movement, and be proactive in injury prevention

• Value guidance

• Care about longevity

And for experienced trainees who:

• Have hit plateaus

• Are managing wear and tear

• Want to retrain smarter, not harder
