The reason for the application process is to ensure a mutual fit between RE:TRAIN and your goals and so we can move forward with agreed upon expectations and understanding.

We value the commitment of time and resources this takes, so we select clients who are willing to give consistent effort to learn how to help themselves using RE:TRAIN’s values and approach.

Can I schedule a consult first?

If you prefer we can meet either in-person or through a call before filling out the application.

RE:TRAIN is not a program, it is a private coaching system built around your body. It was built for clients who understand that bodies are complex, and lasting progress requires attention, restraint, and intelligent decision-making.
