About ME
RE:TRAIN is the product of many years of learning while helping individuals in rough waters. Symptoms like severe nauseau, migraines, chronic fatigue, and joint pain preventing them from participating fully in a normal life or any kind of traditional workout routine.
Even before the end of my Kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University, I knew there was lots I needed to learn to become an excellent trainer. My own issues with injuries and imbalances made me curious about all the ways the health and fitness industry suggested I tackle these problems, and it's led me to study from many incredible teachers. My approach takes into consideration many variables that I believe are critical to creating sustainable improvements from fitness and wellness efforts.
Many individuals who have worked with me have already seen physiotherapists, chiropractors, and various specialists, but still feel they need help getting past a plateau, and that there's a smarter way to integrate fitness and wellness into their lives. Working with these complex cases has taken my studies into the fields of biology, biomechanics, neurology, psychology, and much more, all of it to help provide the simplest and most effective guidance possible to those who need it.
